Jeremy Gross

Principal Consultant, Mobile

With over 20 years of experience in the mobile games industry, Jeremy combines Product Owner and Producer experience with Product Manager and Analytics expertise in order to effectively balance and execute across all aspects of projects, driving them successfully from concept to launch and onward through live ops.

Jeremy started at Jamdat Mobile in 2004 (which became EA Mobile after an acquisition), and spent years there as a Producer on mobile games. He then joined Kongregate in 2013 and helped establish their mobile publishing program. During this time period as the industry was also shifting to free to play, Jeremy was shifting to a Product mindset and expertise. After Kongregate starting Twelve Squared LLC and going into product consulting. During this time Jeremy spent several years with Emerald City Games including a couple of years in-house with the developer.

Jeremy has also worked with Turbine Games Consulting as a Product Consultant where he was worked on a wide variety of titles including Hearthstone, Merge Mansion, Star Wars: Hunters, MyVegas Bingo and many others

Jeremy also spent over 3 years working with Imangi Studios as the Head of Product across the Temple Run franchise. Work on Temple Run 1 and 2 included managing the successful transition of those titles to an external development partner and leading strategy and live ops efforts with that partner. As well as taking both Temple Run+ and Temple Run: Legends from concept to launch on Apple Arcade.

Over his career Jeremy has worked at large publishers as well as in-house at developers so has deep experience on both sides of the publisher-developer relationships. He’s made deals happen with IP holders, taken games from concept to launch, worked on live titles to find the best path forward to increase core KPI to increase monetization, retention, ROAS targets, and other key business factors.

Particular areas of expertise include product, free to play design and monetization, live servicing, mobile design, game production managing projects through successful test markets, evaluating games, and business development.
